Coolant Collector with 2 proximity switches for S, SS & FH model ultra high speed rotary hydraulic cylinders.
Model CS-S.....BN coolant collector with position detection can be used with model S, SS and FH cylinders with open centre. By attaching the coolant collector to the rear of the cylinder all cutting oil that flows down the draw tube will be trapped. A drain hose returns coolant to the coolant tank.
Adjustment of two proximity switches permit the piston position to be detected.
Coolant must not be allowed to build up due to blockage in drain. Swarf should be removed daily from filter-plate.
