All of these components can all be installed within a single day by a member of our dedicated team of service engineers to get you up and running as quickly as possible. If you already have the machine rotary table interface prepared by your machine supplier then we can supply the correct connectors to suit your pre-installed system.
Our engineers can also spend time with your machine operators for orientation and training for this additional axis to ensure that you maximise the rotary tables potential. Kitagawa India also has multiple work-holding options for you to consider for mounting on your rotary table from manual chucks & manual LANG zero-point and vice systems to pneumatically or hydraulically operated power chucks and other systems to suit automation or for faster production times.
If you are wanting to add an additional axis onto an older machine and you are concerned that the various drives and spares may longer be available then we can supply Rotary tables with their own independent control systems that operates with your machines M-code function and safety systems.
This allows simultaneous machining working in complete safety with your machine. The additional controllers also have machine parity re-set functions to ensure no crashes occur after power outages, therefore keeping your complete rotary solution running without issue.
