Three jaw wedge style power chucks BS300 deliver up to 20% more speed, gripping force and bore size when compared to conventional chucks e.g. our most popular B200 series, so no any changes needed for main spindle, when you decide to replace chuck. BS300 offer you 30% more drop in bending moment of Master Jaws and 30% more Jaw lift reduction by side wedge design (compare to B200 series). Chucks are manufactured from high grade alloy steel.
With hi speed up to 4200rpm and Max. Gripping Force: 105.8 kN, and large thru-hole make this chuck fantastic for job where less Jaw lift needed.
ML series chuck provide by Kitagawa Europe is specific for irregular shaped component. Exceptionally long Jaw stroke is suitable for Multi-Diameter gripping, flange work and it can be operated using standard stroke hydraulic cylinder.
Max Speed of 3000rpm and Max. Gripping Force of 42kN give you more power to adjust your work and be more flexible on components wich you manufactured.
