                        STAMPING 

Patented form closure technology - the very best in 5-Axis Working.

• In contrast to traditional machining vices, which simultaneously "pre-stamp" and clamp a workpiece with a maximum of 4-6 tons, Form-Closure Technology with external stamping adds the form-closure contour indents to the workpiece with up to 20 tons of hydraulic pressure.

• This allows you to clamp even high-tensile materials up to 1500 N/mm2 tensile strength (e.g. Titanium and Inconel) within 3-5 seconds reliably and virtually wear-free.

• No need to dovetail parts prior to machining process. Pre stamping directly conducted on saw cut or rough layer of workpiece

                       CHECKING 

Stamping depth is reached when the control marks between indents have reached a max. depth of 0.1mm.

                       CLAMPING
